hej! we are back again!
after one fantastic month in India "offline", travelling, learning, cleansing and simply enjoying…..
the coming months recipes will be inspired by both India and Ayurveda, we'll make up for the time missed!
Inspired by all the fresh fruit and beautiful flowers around little Eja created three different flower salads to "sell" in her Homestay bar - fresh passion fruit cut into halves serve as bowls, the kernels and flower buds mixed with all she could find in and around the cabin, small stones, pepper and lime...beautiful!! edible? ;)
